Feet feel funny any thoughts ?

My feet feel like if they were covered in a thin layer of paraffin. Other wise nothing wrong. No sores no loss of feeling. wonder if there is a lot of dead skin since I try to avoid soaking them for long as it is not recommended to do so.

I do put some cream containing urea on occasion.

Any thoughts ?
