Hot spot on little toe

I’m freaking out since I felt this incredibly hot spot on the inside/bottom of my left little toe. It struck suddenly while I was wearing sandals. I had been standing for a couple of hours. I attended to it as soon as I felt it. A blister is not visible , but it looks like the beginning of one. Very faint spot. It’s still translucent, but I can see it faintly.
